New York's Newest and most tasty Restaurant
The idea came to me while I was sipping my morning coffee in bed, browsing the NYT SundayStyles section. Why not a restaurant, The Dumpster Dive, serving nothing but, artfully disguised, recycled food. Do I really need to go into details? To better serve the public interest, the restaurant would be staffed entirely by the homeless. One night a week, "Doggy Bag Night", patrons could bring their own contributions of leftovers
